    Our products are usually handcrafted and handloom, so, no products can be similar. However, if you have liked a product which is not in stock, just let us know and we will try our best to make that product available for you. You will be notified via email, phone call or SMS.

  • I have ordered three sarees; will I get them in one order?
    No, only the items in stock will be dispatched in one order.
  • Can I use different shipping addresses for one order?
    Currently, only one shipping address can be processed for a single order. You need to place another order for a different address.
  • Are there any shipping costs?
    Shipping costs depend on the postal codes. International shipping charges including custom duties, import duties and taxes will be levied and may also vary depending on the location.
  • How can I track my order?
    We will email you when your order is shipped. You can also email or call our customer care. Alternatively, the order can also be tracked on the orders page, in your account section.
  • My package was undeliverable.
    Be it international or domestic shipping, a delivery attempt will be made 3 times. If for any reason such as due to address, or failed delivery attempt or refused to entertain by a recipient, it will be returned to us and marked as an undelivered.

    If the product type specified in the description is “un-stitched” and it’s a patiala suit or any other suit then it will be a dress material. You will have to get the product stitched according to your size locally.

  • What is a semi-stitched product?
    If the product type specified in the description is “semi-stitched” then you will have to get minimal stitching done as most of the work will be pre-stitched. You will just have to get the basic altering and stitching done according to your size locally.

  • What is Leon / Crepe material?
    Leon / Crepe is a high quality mixed synthetic fabric. The fabric is soft and doesn’t loose color and luster easily on wash.

  • What is the return policy?
    You can return the product anytime within 7 days after the product is delivered to you.

  • How do I return the product?
    To return the product you can email us at [email protected] with your order number, product that you want to return and the reason for return or call us at +91 74057 04663, MON – SAT (9AM – 6PM) to raise a return request. We will arrange for a pickup from our courier partners. In case the pickup service is not possible or delayed due to high volume, we will request you to send the product yourself and we will reimburse you for the courier charges.

  • When will I get my refund / store-credit / exchange product?
    Once the pickup is done it takes 5-7 days for the product to reach our warehouse. After arrival it takes our team 24-48 hours to process your cash refund / store-credit / exchange product.
